According to you what is the good diet in winter for a normal man.All say that in winter what we eat is more beneficial as what we eat in summer.So please share the tips for diet in winter that make us strong and fit in summer also.

Diet control is really needed for looking so fit and healthy. In winter season quality of foods and vegetables are more healthy option for getting fit.
