We see it is inevitable to avoid stress and we all are very much familiar with it. I think it is important to practice a healthy lifestyle to avoid stress. Exercises like walking, jogging or aerobics can help you as these exercises relax your body and keep you in better physical shape consequently it improves your self-confidence. Would you like to give your suggestions on this issue?

Hi Ricky thanks for the nice topic!
Well I really love taking a walk around the forest... :)
However my ultimate stress buster is snowboarding. That totally wipes out the stress and negative emotions leaving only serene, cheerful, energetic feeling. Unfortunately I can practice snowboarding only in winter when there is snow outside ;)

The best thing you could do is set aside a relaxation time each day. This relaxation time should be taken as your sacred time and should focus only on providing you with the best relaxation and fun.
